Here at Kohler Creamery we would love to take you on a tour of our business.  During the tour we will give you a little closer look at our make room, and a look inside "The Cave" where we age all of our cheeses. These pictures are a few of our "tourists" that came for a tour last Friday afternoon.

Top: Our guests all the way from South Carolina! They are sampling what we like to call our "Party Cheddar", an irrisitably delicious combination of our Cheddar topped with locally made specialty Rhubarb Jam.  Thanks for coming to see us!

The Bottom: These two photos are of a local preschool group who came for an educational tour of our facilities. It was a great way to make little Miss Muffet's curds and whey come to life! Afterward they enjoyed the beautiful day outside eating ice cream and posing for photos. "Say Cheese!"

I loved watching their faces as they saw for maybe the first time that cheese doesn't just magically appear on the grocery store shelves! We offer our tours on Fridays making it possible for you to watch the cheese making process in action, as that is our weekly make day. Cost is $5 per person.

About Us

Heber Valley Artisan Cheese is a brand new company. Our family-owned business and sparkling new creamery is located on our 4th-generation dairy farm, in the high-mountain Heber Valley in Utah. We're excited to bring the very finest fresh and aged artisan cheese to you.

Most people say that when they drive into the high mountain Heber Valley they a feel a unique sense of peace. The views are breathtaking. This beautiful green valley is surrounded by the majestic Wasatch Back mountain range on the West, and the thirteen thousand foot Uintah Wilderness on the East. Nestled at 5500 feet elevation, we're also home to many natural artesian springs, rich in minerals. Midway also boasts one of the top fly fishing rivers in America - the Provo River, which winds through the valley and is adjacent to our farm. The natural beauty is hard to beat, but we think it is matched and maybe exceeded by the wonderful residents.

This beautiful place has been home to the Canyon View Farm for more than 80 years. For four generations now we've been raising cows and working the farm. We're excited to establish Heber Valley Artisan Cheese.

Kohler Creamery

We wanted to start off by giving you a brief summary of our store, Kohler Creamery.  Our store is located at 920 North River Road Midway, Utah.  We are open Monday- Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday-Saturday from 10 AM- 8PM. Closed Sunday.

We have many item for sale in our store in addition to our cheeses.  We have raw milk, local grass fed beef, local honey harvested from hives right here on our farm, local rhubarb based jams, balsamic vinegar, homemade caramels and many crafts. If you come up on a Friday you can even see us making cheese and pick up a bag of fresh curd!
